Suitable for the complete beginner or those interested in refreshing an established practice, this course has been designed to introduce different methods of exploration within a safe and supportive environment. While integrating the philosophical ground of meditation with clear practical tools, Noga and Samantha encourage participants to inquire deeply into the essential nature of meditation. It is the direct experience, that which rests beyond any method or philosophy, which is the greatest teacher.
The course is run over two sessions 10am-1pm sat and sun with group practice session offered for continued support every 4-6 weeks. |
